We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of products in new or gently used condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
